Defense

AcQ specializes in creating embedded electronics solutions designed to withstand extreme environmental conditions often associated with defense and military applications.

We develop boards, modules and systems that can deal with extended temperature, shock, vibration, humidity, electromagnetic interference, dust, salt spray and altitude – all while still reliably processing mission-critical data.

Given the extended deployment phases of military programs, we consider life cycle management from the beginning of your project. This influences every stage of the process from architectural decisions to component selection, design choices and prototype development. The intent is for long term programs to avoid or minimize costly re-qualifications and to ensure consistent performance.

We are experienced in working within the constraints of military contracts and budgets. Our team has expertise in developing new solutions and upgrading existing systems to meet the exacting requirements of military technology initiatives.

We have developed a range of small form-factor and integrated stand-alone embedded systems for military applications. We provide a portfolio of building blocks (I/O and processing products) supporting standards commonly used in defense equipment, including VME, SOSA/VPX, CompactPCI, PMC and XMC.

AcQ is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100D. Our team has experience with:
  • Radar systems
  • Mission computing systems
  • High performance data acquisition
  • Electronic warfare
  • MIL-STD-810
